Really really fun and easy!

I watched this workout from our video on demand channel, and believe this is a very fun to follow excercise program. The movements are easy, and effective. Debbie is very encouraging, though you do not need so much encouragement to do this set of exercises. It is 27 minutes of moving back and forth, up and down, and right <-> left , partitioned to 7 sections, showing an organized (feminine-type) program. Debbie is simple and fun!
